  • Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

  • Accuracy: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

  • Visuals: Colors and textures may vary depending on your screen resolution.

4. Order Acceptance

  • Verification: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

  • Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock limitations, inaccuracies in product information, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free Shipping: All domestic shipping within India is free of charge.

  • Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within India.

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Policy: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Refunds: Once the return is inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Musheerabad, Telangana, India.
