At INX, we aim for a transparent and straightforward return process. Please review our requirements below.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is mandatory.

2. Return Timeframe

You must initiate a return request within 2 Days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • e.g., Innerwear, Beauty products, Pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Reporting: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: You must attach clear photos or a short video of the damage and the shipping label.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and ship a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for a different size or color:

  • You must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: INX covers all shipping costs

7. Refund Process and Timing

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect it within 5-7 days.

  2. Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. Credit: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7.

    • Note: Bank processing times vary and may take an additional 3–5 days to reflect in your account.
