Shipping policy

Processing & Timeline

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • High Volume Delays: During peak periods, processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.

  • Transit Time: Delivery estimates apply from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase.

Shipping Rates & Coverage

  • Domestic (India): All shipping is Free.

  • International: INX does not ship outside of India.

Tracking

  • Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking numbers once the order departs.

  • Activation: Tracking links update within 24 hours of generation.

Issues & Damages

  • Damaged Items: Report damage to the carrier and INX Support immediately. Requirement: Retain all packaging and the damaged product to validate the claim.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but the item is missing, contact INX Support within 48 hours.

  • External Delays: INX is not liable for delays caused by courier logistics or extreme weather, though we will assist in tracking status.
